The girls swam in their first long course meet (50 meter pool) this weekend in Vallejo. Both girls continue to improve upon their times. The film represents about 6 minutes of swimming over two days. The rest of the time is spent in a tent with teammates playing games and acting like 7 & 9 year old girls. Good times.

fantastic!!! Megan has the exact same freestyle stroke as her mom. And Lizzie has the same butterfly stroke as her aunt :) way to go, ladies!
