The girls swam in their first long course meet (50 meter pool) this weekend in Vallejo. Both girls continue to improve upon their times. The film represents about 6 minutes of swimming over two days. The rest of the time is spent in a tent with teammates playing games and acting like 7 & 9 year old girls. Good times.

Yeah Rob and Jen and ......?
Jen delivered their first child last night. She is adorable! We all took turns holding and getting to know her. The girls are really excited and look forward to spending time with their newest cousin. She has not yet been named, but she is perfect!
